These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and attendance at The Nurture Gathering ("the Event"). By booking a place, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Event is organised in advance and costs are committed to the venue, refreshments, drinks and other arrangements based on the number of attendees.

For this reason, tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend.

a) Your Cancellation

If your plans change, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please let Sarah know as soon as possible so that the booking details can be updated.

b) Event Cancellation by the Host

In the unlikely event that Nurture You needs to cancel the Event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.

Nurture You cannot be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel, accommodation or other expenses.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Nurture You reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event, including changes to the schedule, activities or arrangements, where necessary.

Every effort will be made to ensure that any changes do not materially affect the overall experience.

You are responsible for your own personal belongings while attending the Event.

Nurture You accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Photography and/or video may be taken during the Event and may be used by Nurture You for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video, please let Sarah know before or at the start of the Event and reasonable steps will be taken to respect your wishes.

The Nurture Gathering is intended to be a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Nurture You reserves the right to ask anyone behaving in this way to leave the Event without a refund.

Nurture You will take reasonable care in organising and delivering the Event.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Purchasing a ticket does not automatically subscribe you to the Nurture You marketing newsletter.

If you choose to subscribe to the Nurture You newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.
