Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and attendance at The Nurture Gathering ("the Event"). By booking a place, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Your place on the Event is secured only once full payment has been received.

  • All prices are listed in GBP.

  • As I am not VAT registered, no VAT is charged on Event tickets.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

To keep the Event affordable and to ensure all costs are covered, all bookings are non-refundable once any payment has been made.

a) Your Cancellation

  • If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at any time. Just let me know so I can update the booking details.

b) Event Cancellation by the Host

  • In the unlikely situation that I must cancel the Event, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

  • I’m unable to cover additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

3. Changes to the Event

  • I reserve the right to make small changes to the schedule, venue, or content if necessary, while ensuring the overall experience remains high quality.

4. Health & Safety

  • By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in any activities included.

  • You are responsible for informing the Host of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs.

  • Participation in any movement, mindfulness, or wellbeing activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

5. Personal Belongings

  • You are responsible for your own personal belongings. The Host accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to your items.

6. Photography & Media

  • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use.

  • If you prefer not to be included, please notify the Host before or at the start of the Event.

7. Behaviour & Respect

  • The Event is a supportive and inclusive environment. Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in being asked to leave without refund.

8. Liability

  • The Host is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event, except where required by UK law.
